Make a Payment

We offer a variety of ways for our residents to make payments towards their rent.

YOU CAN PAY BY

Using "Arthur"

Arthur is our Housing Management System, which can be accessed via an app and used to pay your rent.

Your Housing Officer or Support Worker can show you how to do this.


YOU CAN PAY BY

Online

To make an online payment via www.allpay.net you will need your unique 19-digit reference number from your payment (rent) card and a debit or credit card.

Your Housing Officer or Support Worker can show you how to do this. 


YOU CAN PAY BY

Direct Debit

You can set up a direct debit so that your rent payment can be automatically taken from your bank account each month. Our tenants can also set up a direct debit to pay their electric and water bills.

Telephone

Please ring us on 0330 043 4541, choose option 3 and speak to our finance team. 

Please note that there will be an extra cost to call this number on some phone networks. 

You will need your Allpay card and debit or credit card to hand.


YOU CAN PAY BY

allpay App

The allpay app is a mobile application (App) available to download from the AppleWindows Phone , and Google Play stores.

This App will enable you to pay your rent from your Apple, Windows, or Android smartphone or tablet.

Your Housing Officer or Support Worker can show you how to do this.

SMS Text

Click on the allpay text payment facility to register and make payments by text.

YOU CAN PAY BY

Cash or Cheque

You can make a payment at any Post Office or any retail outlet displaying the PayPoint sign. You will need to take your payment (Rent) Card along with you and your method of payment.

You will be given a receipt for any payment made, Please keep this safe, it is your only proof of payment

Please do not send cash through the post.

Your tenant account number can be found on your latest rent statement.

If you are having problems locating it, please speak to your Housing Officer.
